A clear task.
For every team.
Orders, green coffee inventory, roasting, packing and reporting in one shared workspace. Built around the way a roastery works.
Start with what needs you.
Open Today for pending orders, work in progress, low materials and the coffee you are holding. Each count leads to the work behind it.

One order.
A shared handoff.
Record the customer, coffee, roast level, grind, pack size and quantity once. Follow that Ops order through roasting, packaging and dispatch.
- Search and filter the order queue.
- See what is pending, packed or ready to leave.
- Keep customer details available to the roles that need them.
Shopify orders are synced into a separate integration view. They do not automatically become Ops production orders.

Know the coffee.
Then plan the roast.
Receive green coffee sack by sack. Record weight, rack and location. Roast from received stock, log the green input and roasted output, and keep batch history close to the work.

The recipe reaches
the packing table.
Turn blend percentages into grams per bag. See the coffee, bag, pack size and quantity together, then mark each order line packed.
- Clear waiting and ready-to-pack states.
- Completed jobs kept with their orders.
- Packing records show quantities and stock consumed.
Packing history records what was produced and used. It is not a reserved finished-goods inventory ledger. Dispatch remains a team action; courier booking is not yet available.
See the work
over time.
Analytics gives Owner and Accounting a view of orders, roasted output, packed quantities and synced Shopify sales.
Choose a custom range, compare the previous period, filter by customer, coffee or location, open the underlying records, and download the report as CSV.

Stock is a current snapshot. Shopify totals stay separate by currency; they are not a profit or net-revenue report.
A shared operation.
Appropriate access.
Seven roles keep the workspace useful to each person. Customer data is masked for floor roles; authorized reveals in the actual app are recorded in activity history.
