Courier booking is not available in Daily Brew Ops yet. Your team can track order readiness and mark dispatch in Ops while arranging shipping through its existing process.

We’ll describe the supported workflow here when the connection is ready.

A considered connection.

  1. Connect

The Owner connects the provider account from Integrations.

  2. Verify

Check the account and connection status before relying on synced records.

  3. Map

Link the relevant products, locations, customers or vendors.

  4. Review

Check sync results and each supported push. Physical work and external sync have separate outcomes.

A few useful distinctions.

Will every Shopify order become a production task?

No. Shopify orders appear as synced records. Ops production orders are created and tracked separately.

Does packing automatically book a courier?

No. Packing can make an Ops order ready to dispatch when all its lines are done. Courier booking is not implemented.

Does Ops collect payments or calculate profit?

No. Use Zoho Books for accounting and payment collection. Ops Analytics reports operational activity and synced Shopify totals.

Can my whole team configure connections?

Connection management is an Owner responsibility. Each team member uses the workspace according to their role.

Bring the work together.
Keep the tools you trust.
