Daily Brew Ops with Cropster
Keep profiling your roasts in Cropster. Daily Brew Ops covers the work around the roast: green sacks on the rack, wholesale orders, the packing table and the paperwork.
What Ops adds around Cropster
Green coffee as physical sacks
Each sack has its own code, weight, location, rack label and movement history. Receive against purchase orders and record transfers with the weight that arrived.
Wholesale orders through to dispatch
Record an order once and follow it through roasting, packaging, ready to ship, shipped and delivered.
The packing table
One packing job per order line, with blend recipes turned into grams per bag.
Shopify and Zoho Books alongside
View synced Shopify orders and stock, and create Zoho Books invoices and purchase orders from Ops records.
Seven roles
Owner, staff, sales, warehouse, roaster, packaging and accounting each see their own work, with customer data masked for floor roles.
What syncs from Cropster
Cropster roast profiles, roasted lots, green lots and available roast-curve data are synced into Ops for reference, so you can view them alongside your stock and roast records. You need Cropster API credentials and API access enabled for your account.
Where it overlaps
Cropster's own plans include inventory and order-fulfilment features. If you already use those, parts of Ops will overlap with them; tell us how you work and we'll say plainly whether Ops is worth adding.
Daily Brew Ops is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Cropster. Cropster is a trademark of its owner.
